Optimize Chiropractic is a small clinic who strives to provide high quality patient centred care to all our patients in a friendly, welcoming and clinical setting. We are always dedicated and driven to help support our patients to reduce their pain and assist them on their journey through the means of chiropractic treatment, exercise and stretches along with alternative modalities to assist giving everyone the best opportunity to get you back up and doing what you love, as quick as possible.
Our Chiropractors are fully qualified and experienced members of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA and are registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) ​.​

Mike Gregory
M.Chiro DC Doctor Of Chiropractic
Mike has always been a keen sportsperson who enjoys playing both ice and roller hockey in his free time, Before this Mike had a successful career in Basketball where his hard work and dedication saw him achieving his dream in playing basketball professionally in Europe, and shortly after returning home to Wales he had the honour of being made the captain of Wales International Basketball team for the FIBA International Tournament.

At the end of his sporting career and after attaining many aches, pains and injuries along the way, Mike returned home and followed his interest with rehabilitation and human body biomechanics , where he began helping people attain their personal fitness goals and assisting with injury recovery. Following this passion for helping people and personally receiving chiropractic throughout his career, Mike attended the University of South Wales, where he graduated with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic.​

Since graduating from university Mike continues to develop his knowledge to provide more opportunities to help people get out of pain and support their journey in getting the best results to be able to enjoy life pain free. To further support others he has attended courses in Acupuncture, Dry Needling and Shockwave therapy with a scope to further complement chiropractic care and help getting you moving better and feeling better.
